After a couple of weeks, trees and other things started growing back up. I had the basics but even I could not handle a full 3 acres of land with trees and bushes growing. I kept the area around my house as clean as I could. but I found out after I had someone evaluate my land that grass would not grow. I had nothing but red clay and it was making everything muddy red. I got some quotes on planting grass and it was rediculous. things that we take for granted like just grass in the front yard became something that was unobtainable. for me to plant grass on just 1acre was over $1000 dollars and required that the clay be turned so that the soil underneath would show and allow for grass to be planted.

In a matter of 1yr my home looked great but my land was shot-to-hell. weeds and all kinds of plant life had started to grow up around my well.
