Living in a Manufactured home.

I will be honest. I was NOT prepared for this as I should have been. I failed to put in to context how far my work is from my home. Gas played a HUGE part of driving and also you will see in the story the problems the house had and my car had!

First. living in the home was WONDERFUL. It was like I was in some secret location in a mansion that no-one knew about. No kids, just me and my big house.

One of the biggest problems I ran into at first was water. for whatever reason, the hot water did not work. I did not know why. I struggled for some days until someone came out to look at the hot water heater. What they found out is that there was some switch hidden under a panel that was not activated. I was upset because this should have been done prior to me moving in!

The second BIGGEST problem I had is that the septic tank was not where it was supposed to be. The house was built and the plumbing was set to have all waste go to the back of the house. WELL, they put the septic tank in the front. what I found out in a matter of weeks was that a lot of water was going out into the back yard along with other.. stuff…

I called and explained my problem to the dealership I purchased the home from. they came and sure enough saw and told me that they just had a pipe that was not hooked up to anything and all waste was just shooting out of it into my backyard. Someone had to come, clean up ALL THAT MESS from friends and family who had came to see my home, then restructure the pipe and connect it to the septic tank in the front of the house.
