As I said before, the loan process was one I did not know much about and wish I did know a lot about.

For some odd reason my monthly charges kept going up and up due to the taxes and insurance spikes in my area. my normal payments were at $650 but within two years it was at $850. I had a nice fixed rate but insurance and taxes were killing me. for whatever reason I could not find another insurance and could not fight taxes.

It was a mess all around. I could not afford anything and I could not enjoy my house whatsoever. I was working for nothing and had money for nothing.

This was all my fault. If I had taken the time to first realize what I was getting into before I did it I would have been fine.
